ABOUT US

Be Brave, Don't Bully was created from the simple but powerful belief that kindness is courage and love will find a way.We live in a world where cruelty can spread fast - like wild fire - especially when people are hurting. But there’s another way. A brave way. A kinder way. This space is for anyone who's ever been bullied, silenced, left out, or made to feel small - and for those ready to stand up for something better. Our logo is a fingerprint heart - because each of us is human, unique, and worthy of respect. And our colour, teal green, stands for clear communication, emotional honesty, and peace.Water is our element, we chose water because:"Water is soft - but it's not weak."
It flows, not because it gives up, but because it knows its power.
Water teaches us something most of us were never taught about strength:• You don't have to push to make change.
• You don't have to fight to be brave.
• You can carve canyons with presence, not pressure.
• You can wear down stone with consistency, not cruelty.
Here at Be Brave, Don't Bully, we believe kindness is like water:• It meets people where they are, but doesn't lose it's shape.
• It works with what's there, not against it.
• It's gentle enough to soothe, and strong enough to transform landscapes.
The fingerprint heart in our logo holds that truth:• Every person is unique, every soul leaves an imprint.
• And when kindness flows from our shared humanity - not force - it can change the world.
You don't have to be loud, sharp, or mean to have impact.
You just have to keep flowing in truth.
That's the heart of this movement - soft strength. steady change.
Here, we don't believe in shaming bullies or sugarcoating pain. We believe in healing, boundaries, and brave choices - one moment at a time.Whether you're seeking support, ready to speak up, or simply want to help create a kinder world: You are welcome here.

IF YOU’RE BULLYING SOMEONE

Hurt people hurt people. But healing people stop the cycle.
If you’re bullying someone - online, in person, or behind their back - this page is for you.

FIRST THINGS FIRST:If you’re hurting someone, that doesn’t make you evil - but it does mean something needs to change.Maybe you’re angry, insecure, overwhelmed, or trying to fit in.Maybe you were bullied too - and now it’s coming out sideways.Or maybe you’re not sure why you’re doing it, but part of you feels bad after.HERE’S THE TRUTH:• You are still responsible for your choices.
• You are still worthy of healing and help.
• You can choose a different way - and that choice is what makes you brave.
INSTEAD OF BULLYING, TRY:• Pausing when you feel like lashing out.
• Talking to someone about how you feel.
• Journaling or texting yourself instead of someone else.
• Apologizing - even if it’s hard.
• Asking: What am I actually feeling right now?
• Getting help to deal with your own pain (it doesn’t make you weak).
YOU CAN START OVER;The person you were doesn’t have to be the person you stay. What matters is what you choose now - and next.We all mess up.
But if you’re here, reading this - you’re already doing something brave.

KINDNESS TOOLKIT

Because kindness isn’t weakness - it’s power with a heart.

WHAT TO DO INSTEAD OF BULLYING;If you’re angry, hurt, scared, or overwhelmed - you have choices.Bullying isn’t the only outlet.
Kindness doesn’t mean being soft.
It means being brave enough to stay human.
HERE ARE A FEW ALTERNATIVES;• Take a breath before you speak - silence isn’t weakness, it’s clarity.
• Ask a question instead of making a comment.
• Walk away, not to escape - but to protect your peace.
• Speak up kindly when you see someone being mistreated.
• Check in with someone who seems left out.
• Say what you do want, not just what you don’t.
Every time you choose empathy over ego, you create change.
It may not feel loud - but it’s strong.
